Reviews and Ratings <br />
This hotel has a charming Japanese style with comfortable rooms and a lovely breakfast buffet. The location is a bit far from Narita airport and town, but the complimentary shuttle is a huge plus. However, it's unfortunate that the pool was closed during my visit, which was a letdown after a long trip.
I stayed at this hotel for two nights before my flight, drawn in by its proximity to the airport and Narita town's shrines. While the staff were efficient and the restaurant was enjoyable, the hotel itself felt quite dated and in need of an update. Given the options in Narita town, I believe there are better hotels that would enhance the overall experience.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was peaceful and the service was commendable, I faced a frustrating issue with our room setup when it came to sleeping arrangements. The dining options were excellent, especially the breakfast buffet, and the facilities like the indoor pool added to the experience. However, the room could use some updates, and the additional costs for extra bedding felt unreasonable.
I had a decent stay at this hotel near Narita airport. The room was large and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. However, the dining experience was quite disappointing, as both the buffet dinner and breakfast were lacking in quality. The hotel is a bit dated and feels overpriced for what it offers, but it’s still a reasonable choice for a quick overnight stay.
I had a decent stay at the hotel before departing for Narita, but I was disappointed by the lack of assistance from the staff. While the room was clean and offered a nice welcome gesture, the service could definitely improve. The location is a bit far from Tokyo Station, so expect a bit of travel. Ultimately, it was a comfortable experience, but I think I'll look for something closer next time.
